This offense that Notre Dame was running is much like the offense that CKC wants to run. Lots of movement and passing.

Am I viewing and interpreting today's reveal videos through old, neurologically (or culturally) slow eyes?

Because my first instinct was to use these latest two reveal videos in class as examples of obscuring the product in an attempt to generate enthusiasm. Then I'd use them to demonstrate every beginner's predictable tendency to see how many video editing effects (most of which have become cliche anyway) can be jumbled and crammed into 50 seconds. (I'm very aware that I'm publicly criticizing someone's creative effort, but right now I'm wearing my Educator's cap, and feedback is necessary for growth and development.)

Is it my age insisting that the photos from yesterday's orange reveal conveyed much more information, and allowed us to examine the new orange unis in detail? Are my eyes/brain just too old to follow such quickly flashed images and pick up the visual info they convey? Or would younger eyes/brains be just as challenged as mine to describe the actual appearance and design details of the white unis?

Maybe as a thought experiment, without pausing the videos, what details about the new unis can y'all with younger eyes describe from watching just the videos?

You release a video for hype, then the photos for those that want more detail, which they did moments later.

I obviously missed that. Is it just me, or are the white uniforms the brightest white EVER? I think they look great. I do suspect the high slits on the sides may have a tendency to curl a bit. Even though the shorts are pretty short, it’ll be interesting to see if players will fold them up since it seems like players are always gonna adjust the uniforms one way or another. But if they fold the shorts up at the slits, they’re pretty much gonna be volleyball unis! 😂

They use the trefoil logo on throwback uniforms and apparel, and that will continue at Tennessee.

I think it’s just the lighting. Players want shorter shorts and the shorter jerseys that aren’t designed to be tucked in, since the rules changed to allow that. Some players will want longer men’s-cut shorts, and Adidas will do that for them.

I'd prefer jerseys that emit a whistle when grabbed and pulled, and leave dye on the hands of the grabber. 😙

I love the simplicity of the whites, enhanced by the script letters. I think that's a very fresh, crisp look. Also thumbs up to the new design for the shorts.

I also really like the inclusion of the blue trim, just a pop of extra color.

Like in most sports, the uniforms are tailored by player. short/long shorts may not be "uniform," but it's no different than a quarterback wearing a different cut of jersey than an offensive lineman or a pitcher preferring looser sleeves and pants than a second baseman.

You can see the difference in what I'm talking out with the length/cut of the white WBB shorts versus the Summitt Blue.

Agreed. I can’t imagine there being another team in the country that’ll look more sharp than the Lady Vols will look when they run out in those whites. I love them.

The Summitt Blue dominant uniforms are 🤮. Again, it is a beautiful accent color.

As a primary color, it looks like something Andy Kelly would have worn while breaking arena football league records.

I hope we don’t wear them against someone I really want to beat, cuz I will have a hard time not rooting against us when we wear them. We put up a 0-3 start with those and maybe we can bury them.

I hope they are reserved for OOC cupcake games but it seems they like to pull those out for We Back Pat week.
