I saw one that had been hit by a car while heading up to Johnson City this past Saturday. Trooper was there with it, presumably waiting on TWRA. Their population is definitely expanding. I'm pretty sure it was in Jefferson county.

I've seen two hit on I-26 in the last couple weeks. Never seen that before.

I seem to recall the monkeys escaped from around Silver Springs, possibly from when Tarzan or something was filmed there.
