Two weeks in a row, two of the best coaches in the country took the blame for their teams performance; Saban now Snyder. Sadly, I never once heard this during DD's tenure. He has consistently failed to see his personal shortcomings and placed blame elsewhere, not a good characteristic to have.

Indeed. And, a hell of a coach. While I am no K-State fan, I was pulling for Snyder to finally get a championship. Oh well.
