I am not saying go after him or not. But The overwhelming thought is several of these kids will hang around for this season and put in for transfer at seasons end. It is alot to ask for a kid this late in the game who has their role already kind of penciled in and have to switch schools, then start over with depth chart and chemistry with teammates.

Guys like Belton are a dime a dozen, plus Tennessee has better players on their roster at the same position than Belton. Would not go after him.
