I'd say Tom Brady more than Desmond Howard. Even though Howard has the Heisman pose, Brady has jumped into the Top 5 QB's of all-time debate.

yeah, i'll give you that, but it wasn't like Brady did anything at Michigan. kind of the same reason i didn't include Terrell Davis in my GA list...

how did i forget that...guess i was on football mode....but if you were going the bball route...you can add sam perkins, james worthy, vince carter and mashburn to the list for UNC.

There's a lot you could add for UNC, although Mashburn went to UK didn't he? and it's weird that Duke doesn't have that one guy that jumps out at you. Who do you pick? Grant Hill, Reddick, Leattner, Hurley, Brand...?

yeah, i think you're right....now that i think about it.

as for Duke...Elton Brand is the one that jumps out ahead of those guys, simply because he's the only one that has been a factor over the coures of time on an NBA team. Grant Hill could be, but he was injury plagued early on in his career....and it never quite took off.
