I haven't seen an HBO show that I didn't like. Big Love should follow suit to all the other greats.

Im always amazed at these guys with multiple wives. Youd think the wives would be jealous and always catfightin but it seems they always get along...knowing where their place in the rotation is :birgits_giggle:

I dunno, Bill Paxson as an actor. Never really done much for me.

He's perfect for this role though.

This show is just kind of boring to me. It's just about a guy with typical marriage/family problems except he has it three times over. Of course the show does follow the Sopranos which inevitably makes it a let down to me.

I started watching season 1 this week. On disc 3 right now. It's a good show. Glad to bring a three year old thread back.

This is a great show, I have seen every episode. Evidently there is some uproar by the LDS church over the latest episode revealing secret temple rituals.

Deseret News | LDS Church comments on 'Big Love'

They are telling their members not to boycott HBO or Time Warner, which to me kind of invites such a response.

Bill's mom is one of my favorites too. Although Margene is my favorite. Her character is hilarious in a sort of common sense kind of way. She isn't bad to look at either.

Just finished catching up with all the seasons (including this last one). Really quality show.
