it shouldn't come down to one game when deciding whether or not to fire a coach

I heard a bunch of people saying at the end of the Buzz Peterson era that "if we beat KY in the SEC Tournament, maybe give him one more year"

If you can't see past one game and realize the whole program is going nowhere...then you are clueless

Regardless of wether Phil wins or not, it's obvious he's not the man to get us back to the winning ways of Tennessee football. However, it seems that he will have to take our program to the bottom of the SEC before anyone will consider replacing him.I still don't know why people think that since he won a title that he can coach until he wants to go. If a CEO of a major company had a tremendous year and then a few years later the company started heading in a bad direction, he would be replaced. A major college football program is no different than a business. You have to keep people accountable each and every year.Beating Florida this year will change nothing concerning the way Fulmer coaches a football team. When is everyone going to wake up and be loyal to a team instead of a coach? I hope it's before it's too late.
