Yep. Was told the same thing. I'm hoping there are abunch of us in their assigned sections.

I have 4 in the BGSU section. I liked the $55 price with no fees or taxes and I really like the lower level end zone seats. Maybe I'll make some new friends while I'm there.

To answer your question OP I haven't received mine either and the email I received from them said mine would be mailed around the 21st. I'm sure they will arrive soon.

All Kroger's are Ticketmaster retail locations. You should be able to buy them at the customer service counter.
