That's actually what I was praying for at the beginning of the season....

After the Cal game I kinda gave up on that idea.

Do you think Bama would loan us Saban for the rest of the year, or at least their DC(Steele). Because it ain't going to happen with Fulmer/Chavis!!!:banghead2:

The beginning to the end of the love fest has begun at bammer for $aban. They will lose at least 3 more games.

It is going to be interesting to see what happens with that relationship. Saban is already publicly denouncing admissions requirements for Big East programs.

Live here. No grumbling about Nick yet. Some grumbling about QB, JPWilson and their OC, Major Win.....err....Applewhite.

Beef, go on the record now. Do you think one of the three additional losses is to our Vols? Most reasonable Bama fans expect 7-5 or 8-4.

If Bama fans run Major Applewhite out of town, UT will gladly take him.

IMO, Applewhite will be coaching that program in 3 years after Saban leaves.


I'll go on record and say UT will beat Bama and lose to Kentucky.

It maybe money or just pressure. Saban is expected to save the bama nation. It might be more than a three year process. If things go south and he doesn't win a championship within a certain amount of time. The fickle bama faithful will cry. Saban may look for a escape route at such time. Remember he did stand up and tell everyone he wouldn't be the next coach at bama. I simply wouldn't trust him. He is a dollar chaser thats about it.
