Ok we had the thread about who would get drafted first. Now who will have the better year? Try to be honest..

Its tough to say; but I picked Rice because he is in a passing offense and he was a big need for them.

Didn't Rice go to Minnesota? How are they a passing offense? They were probably middle of the road. Meanwhile, Meachem goes to the team that had the #1 passing offense last year, with a QB that was a runner up for the MVP, and a team that lost their #1 receiver.

No contest. Meachem.

Wait wait wait

Are you stoned, drunk, or dumb?

Minnesota ranked like ...... 20th or lower in passing offense.

New Orleans, where Meachem is going, was a top 3 or 4 passing attack, and Meachem will be the #1 guy by midseason.

Obvious choice here.

Don't look for a rookie receiver to open up an offense. Meachem obviously has the upper hand here just because of the situation he is entering.

Yeah, right, you must think the whole world is out to get you, huh? Take your punishment. Meachem > Rice

Well, I imagine there are a lot of things you aren't sure about.

For instance, a man should never have 'cocks :yahoo:' in his signature.

As long as he's healthy, Meachem will have a better year (and better career, for that matter) than Rice.

Minnesota now has 2 overhyped receivers from South Carolina.

Yeah, I'm sure Minnesota is doing all they can to be a wide open passing team seeing how they drafted Adrian Peterson and all.
