Losing Kirkland is not a big loss. His vast majority of his time here at UT was watching from the sideline due to injuries. When he played, he was very good... which was VERY seldom. We need vast improvement in our LB corp in regards to play making and speed. I still think the LB corp will be the weak link of the D this year. I'm reading some very discouraging things about Peterson. Don't know if he'll even be a factor this year.
