Best UT quarterback not named Peyton

The Eric Ainge thread got me thinking. Who do you guys think was the best UT QB not named Peyton. I realize some of this will be related to our age and considering that the one QB I just love was Andy Kelly. Granted he was the qb during my teenage years when I lived football but the guy was just so clutch. I remember watching that comeback against ND when we were down 31-7. Just a great college QB.

Young guy here, and he may not be the best on paper but Josh Dobbs sure did win us alot of games on his own.

I think we did this thread a month or so ago, but it's a good topic, so I'll bite, but put into categories (omitting Peyton)...
*Clutch game on the line QB: Clawson
*Top raw talent QB: Robinson/Shuler
*Top elevator of average teams: Condredge/Dobbs (edit forgot Josh)
*I'll even go next step and say "most important stepping stone QB to allow us to get to better QB's", making really bad teams on upwards shift": Alan Cockrell (we had REALLY bad QB's and bad teams before he came on and got us winning some games...certainly not the best/most talented we had, but important at the time)
