There are probably already threads on this. I've got to admit after watching that video i think Monte, with all of his experience, success, and enthusiasm might be a bigger recruiter than we are given him credit for, even though he won't be focusing on it nearly as much as O or Reaves obviously

Monte is a speaker for sure. This entire staff are killer recruiters. Both O & D sides. I for one am pumped for the future of the program.

Reaves and Lane are also considered top 25 recruiters and if Eddie Gran comes on board, he is no slouch. Chaney was a great recruiter at Purdue. This staff should be able to bring in some talent.

Other pieces that may move some of the staff to different places.

Word is, Drayton may stay on to help entice Gonzo from FL.
If that doesn't happen, Gran may be in.

All Speculation, mind you.
