What are your favorite pump up songs to listen to while working out or you maybe (used to) listen to before games? I need some suggestions to make a good CD.

Also I'm a big fan of rap music so my primary suggestions would probably get shut down.

Just like Hanz and Franz; it is yodeling that helps me get pumped and lose my flabbitude.

HHH's theme song by Motorhead is damn good.

Disturbed, Rage Against the Machine, Korn.

I listen to a lot of rap at the gym too.

Van Halen The Seventh Seal (Balanced Album)

When Lexington had a minor league hockey team, this is what they would come out too.

I knew the sound guy and he burned a copy for me and we used it for our high school basketball team.

I never really considered the Dropkick Murphey's a pump up song but I know I LOVED the song in The Departed.

I'm not that big on rap but a few:

Lil Wyte - Talkin' Ain't Walkin'

Young Buck - Get Buck

And not rap at all:

Haste The Day - Blue 42

August Burns Red - Barbarian

Norma Jean - Memphis Will Be Laid to Rest (has some slower parts, more like just intermissions between the harder parts, but the hard parts are badass)

Mudvayne - Dig

'We Didn't Start The Fire' - Billy Joel
'Play Something Country' - Brooks & Dunn
'Iron Man' - Black Sabbath
'Around the World' - Red Hot Chili Peppers

Just some suggestions. I know a ton of rap songs that i used to listen to, but they are over 6-7 yrs old. I'd stick to classic rock and Rocky Top
