Best Post Beatles Music Career

Sir Paul McCartney...is this even up for debate?

Best post-Beatles song, would be Imagine, however, body of work goes to McCartney, hands down.

George Harrison made a brillant triple LP. Then his swan song LP "Brainwashed" is as good as it gets.

Macca had his alot of underated records, but alot of overrated solo/albums.

Lennon, made some bad records. But he also recorded some of the best stuff he ever did as well.

Hard question....I gotta go with Lennon. Hard decision over George. Could win it alone with the song "Gimme Some Truth" or "Mind Games." JMO

Don't forgot Ringo! Seriously.

Its a fair question. John had hits like Imagine, Well Well Well, Give Peace a Chance, Power to the People, New York City, Instant Karma, Mother, Working Class
Hero, Watching the Wheels, Mind Games, God, Jealous Guy, etc. Its real close between the two.

My favorite Harrison songs include: Blow Away, Got My Mind Set on You, Any Road, All Things Must Pass, My Sweet Lord, All Those Years Ago, among others.

He has alot doesn't he? Beware of Darkness and Horse to Water too. His "Brainwashed" LP is front to back great. His lyrics in Looking for My Life and Pisces Fish are transcending. He knew he was almost gone. George was always the coolest dude in the room.

Yeah man. I'm a real big fan of Lennon but Harrison is right up there with him as a song writer. Paul was the only one who didn't really get pulled into different types of music and thinking.

Don't know how I could forget Crackerbox Palace.

Paul had the best career because he was the most popular, but that doesn't change the fact that he released nothing but poppy, weak*** ****. I love the Beatles, but I don't like Paul. He is so not rock and roll.

George Harrison all the way. Travelling Wilburys FTW!

Paul and his silly love songs...

Paul was the biggest commercial success. Harrison was my favorite and I'm torn between Lennon and Ringo for 3rd.

Disclaimer: I'm not a big fan of the Beatles.

It's a subjective question but I would have to go with Paul based on post-beatles success. That being said, I think John and George wrote more meaningful songs but their careers were unfortunately cut short (moreso for John)
