I just want to make sure the sound is on, my problem with the sports books

No guarantee on that. If there is an NFL game at the same time (even pre season), I wouldn’t count on the Vols sound being on. NFL rules out there.

The Hilton is now called Westgate Las Vegas Hotel. Historically, it's been the best sports book in Vegas.
Yes it’s the old Hilton, easy to get to on the Link. We went there in winter for the UT/Auburn basketball game and had a blast! Two VFL’s had the whole place rocking for us with the game on the big middle screen! I’d say good/drink wise, good value and quality for “pub fare”, my sandwich was good and whoever made the pizza was killin’ it that day! Westgate Sportsbook still gets great ratings by many people ! I’ll go back. As others posted, I will try Venetian next time too!
In 2018, we had a lot of fun at Twin Peaks overlooking the Strip on the corner of the mall but it closed during pandemic.

Bump. Heading there on Thursday. Is there an active Vegas chapter to watch the game somewhere?
I arrive there on Thursday, but not until 3:50. That's just 10 minutes from kickoff. Staying at Mandalay Bay. Will probably miss the first half, but I would love to have some drinks with Vol Fans for the 2nd half. Hopefully, the game is already out of hand by then ...

Nice man. I’ll post in here when I figure out where I’m watching.

VolNation,

We will be in Las Vegas for a business trip and will be trying to find a place to catch SEC Network and a few drinks and watch Appy State. A couple of the Tennessee Fans who will be there too will be looking for a place with perhaps some wagering and some drinking.

I thought i would ask VolNation for a recommendation around the Vegas Strip.

thoughts?

It’s not on the strip but Red Rock is a fantastic joint. You’d love it. I’ve lived in Vegas for 15 years and the Rock is where I go.

I've been going to Vegas 2 or 3 times a year since 2007.

Since Legasse's Stadium closed from the pandemic, these are my favorite places to watch games :

1) Dawg House Saloon & Sportsbook in Resorts World
2) Westgate Sportsbook
3) The Mirage Sportsbook
4) TAP Sports Bar in the MGM Grand
5) Caesar's Palace Sportsbook

I still miss the ESPN Zone in New York New York. I hate Tom's Urban, and it looks out of place where it is. NY NY used to be cool.
