Set alarm for 4 hours later when you go to bed after a long days worth of boozing. Sit a 32 ounce Gatorade preferably or water if you must, and two Aleve's next to your bed. Wake, drink fluids take aleve, roll over sleep a few more hours wake up hangover free. Works everytime
Last drink of the night should be a glass of water, sip it and enjoy it's freshness, take a piss, go to bed. Alcohol dehydrates which = hangover. So the key to prevention is keeping the brain properly hydrated while sleeping
