Ugh, my attention span is so bad when I have been drinking. So essentially every game in my collection gets opened up.

Forza works well 3 beers in, but after that it's all downhill.

Probably Katamari.

Depends on the level of drunk you're talking about. I enjoy a little red dead redemption, some hockey but if it's a one eye closed kind of drunk, a slower paced game like tiger is perfect
