Best Franchise/Dynasty Mode

Past or present, what do you guys think is the best franchise or dynasty mode out of sports video games? I’ve been playing a lot of NHL 19 and I’m borderline obsessed with the franchise mode on it and I think is my favorite one I’ve played. That and NCAA Hoops 2K8 are my favorites
