Salutations,

I am looking to voyage to Knoxville for a football game this fall. Currently, I am looking specifically at the Alabama weekend to visit (Due to it being a huge rivalry, weather turning sour in Michigan at that time, and work concerns). I was wondering if you people would recommend another weekend or would the Alabama weekend be a good choice.

Keep in mind my friends and I enjoy drinking a high amount of adult beverages. Thank you.

In addition, if anybody wants to hang I would enjoy that a great deal. Just keep in mind we are there to party. Thank you very much.

So, you're a USC fan with a Bama username living in Michigan and wanting to catch a Tennessee game? Wow. lol

Seriously, though....I would think about either Oregon or any SEC home game.

I've seen them play Florida,UGA,Vandy and Kentucky and the best one for me was UGA, but that could also be because I am from Georgia and my dad is a diehard UGA fan. Just my opinion though.

If you look at his older posts I think he is(was) actually a Tennessee fan, but I'm just as confused as anyone else with the name and avatar.

SC in '03 was the best UT game I've been to. I think it was 3 OT's.

Tennssee doesn't play uga in Knoxville in 2010.

Go with the Florida Game in September.

Florida or Bama...can't go wrong with either of those. Florida will be very hot in September, Bama will be nice cooler weather in late October.

Depending on your taste for weather, the Florida game can usually be a pretty muggy game. If you're looking for just the right temperature and a good game, you can't go wrong with the Alabama game.

I will be at the bama game this year. Probably stay in gatlinburg for a few days while I'm down. It should be a good atmosphere for the bama game. It will be a packed house on the 3rd sat in Oct.

Bear Bryant is a Tennessee fan that thought it would be funny to name himself Bear Bryant since that is the opposite of what a normal TN fan would like.

Then when Kiffin went to SC he decided to make that his Avatar since that is the opposite of what a normal TN fan would have as his avatar...

So as you can see he is very attention starved.

To answer your question I would catch Oregon or Florida as they are early in the season and the fanbase will still have hope for the season...if things go south the Bama game could be ugly...

Definitely the bama game, with the florida game a very close second. I've hosted a few out-of-towners at our tailgate before and you're welcomed to join us. The bama game is usually the biggest party of the year for our tailgate.

Ah, it's clear now. He is one of those "edgy" forum users.

Well I guess that is settled. So I assume tickets are pretty expensive for the Bama game, what would be my best bet?
