Great bands/artists that started up in the 90's, leaving out artists who started beforehand.

Red Hot Chili Peppers

RHCP made Freaky Styley way back in 1985 or so, and I think that may have even been their second album.

Flicka, RHCP and Jane's Addiction both started in the 80s. Heck, Jane's Addiction's original lineup broke up in '91.

Why? Blink 182 is a great band.

You either love pop punk or you hate it. Personally, I hate it. I'll take Bad Brains over Blink 182 any day.

But then again, I pretty much just stated that I'd rather eat authentic crab instead of imitation.
