Have a good friend that's a long time SC fan. They are not thrilled with him either. Said he was all they could get after Spurrier quit on them. They just hoped for the best. Also said no way they fire him after this season as his buyout is big and, like all other schools, SC will lose a lot of money this FB season. Can't afford to unless big time boosters step up with buyout $.

THIS. He has one more season as the financials just don't work without it. I suspect next season will be similar to Butch's last one with us, he probably does not make through the 2021 year at USCjr.

I’d take him as a defensive assistant any day of the week. He may be an ass but he’s good at the specific phase of the game
