This. I don't consider anything short of an NCAA tournament seed successful. So, by that definition, I'm not expecting a successful season, but with a mostly new roster and new coaching staff, that's okay as long as we're building towards a successful season the next year.

I see no offensive post presence.
If Mostella gets in then I think your win total goes up. He is definitely the talent in the group. Also, Hubbs is still an unknown commodity. Is he really a 5-star talent?
Can they have an SEC front court? It gets pretty physical down there.

In my eyes, the 1, 4, and 5 positions are points of concern. We do not have ideal post size, and no PG outside of Lopez. Unless we gel to a ridiculous extent, these factors will hinder us IMO.

Even so, I doubt we finish outside of the top half of the SEC. I still think we'll land somewhere between 4 and 6, and earn a top-3 NIT seed.

If we go by past expectations he should lose 4 at most in the SEC. Realistically about 9 or 10 wins is where we should finish.

I know right..... one guy was a 5*, #1 player in the country by each scouting service, a man amongst boys and the other one wasn't. I remember watching Wiggins play against Nick King and East High School and thinking to myself so this is what a "One and Done" looks like.

On defense the zone plus the press should help mitigate some of the lack of low post physical strength. On offense, from what I can tell Tyndall isn't going to ask his guys to go be back to the basket guys. Pick and roll should allow the athletic big men to get the ball going towards the rim (or even at the rim).

If Embiid's back is ok, I'm taking him. Between Wiggins and Parker it's a toss up for me. Polish vs potential, Parker can probably get you 18-4-4 next year, but he might not have much of a ceiling. Wiggins will probably struggle more, but has huge potential. I said Parker initially, but I'd pick Wiggins I love a guy that can play D. Plus his athletic ability will translate well to the pros. JMO Sorry that was a long answer. Lol

I agree for the most part. But if I'm the Cavs I think I'd want the instant impact Parker would bring. Or the additional size Embid would bring. I like Wiggins upside but think he may be 2-3 years away from being a real impact player. jmo

I agree. I go back and forth honestly. Parker will have a long solid career, you can't really be sure about Wiggins. The potential is enormous, but will he reach it?

I know there have been some people talking 14 or 15 wins total for the season but I honestly can find 9-12 SEC wins out of that SEC slate. If UT can get to 11 wins in a mediocre SEC then 20 wins may not be that far fetched.
