(Personally I think UNC and Duke should always be each other's final regular season game, playing each other for the Victory Bell trophy, but sure whatever what do I know).

The two major private universities in the Tarheel State meet once again with Duke having won the last 3 straight matchups, including last year's 23-17 regular-season ender. The two have split pretty evenly the last 6 years, with each having won 3 matchups, though after Wake Forest's 12 game winning streak from 2000-2011, Duke has been pretty dominant, winning 8 of the last 12.

Duke looks to keep its very slim ACC Championship Game hopes alive, whereas Wake Forest hopes to cap off the regular season with a 9th win for the 3rd season in program history...and hopefully convince the ACC front offices not to send them up to New York City for the Pinstripe Bowl or Boston for the Fenway Bowl again since Syracuse and Pittsburgh aren't both bowl eligible this season.

Duke leads the overall series 61-41-2.

It's currently 21-17 Duke at the end of the first half.

Final score 49-32 Duke.

The Blue Devils move on to 7-5 while the Demon Deacons fall to an 8-4 season overall (and probably are about to get shipped out to NYC or Boston).

And as a bonus, thanks to Cal upsetting SMU, the Blue Devils clinch a spot against UVA in the ACC Championship game! Duke's second championship game appearance in school history

I went to the first one in Charlotte. It wasn’t a good game for Duke, facing off against Winston and eventual national champion FSU. Duke has a decent chance against UVA.
