Basketball Recruiting Question

I follow basketball but not BB recruiting like I do football recruiting. So I've seen that CDT may be looking to bring some of USM recruits here but I've looked and they've all signed. My question is, if they've signed NLIs, and they decide to come here wouldn't they have to sit out a full year?

With a coaching change they can request a release from their LOI, kinda like our recruits did with Tyndall. They can then be re-recruited by teams and immediately be eligible this coming season provided the school grants them the release from the LOI.

All I wont to know is can the man recruit, I never heard of him before we hired him where did he coach at other than SOUTHER MISS, and how well he recruited at the other schools willing to give him a chance, got to get some top recruits here, lost this whole class so we are already behind 2 years or more.
