Was told he will be one of the top incoming freshman in the nation . Could potentially have a Kjerstad (Arkansas) type impact

TCU oversigned and couldn’t fulfill the money they promised. He then told them no thank you and got his release.

Was told TCU mismanaged pretty badly in this class. One of there best players is in the transfer portal because of it: Assumed McHugh was going to get drafted. He had a High asking price and didn’t happen.
