I am so glad he was there to recover that fumble!
a defining moment of the Super Bowl game and he was there....just think of all the players that have played for years and never got the chance...and now Barnett in his first year....never to weigh in the back of his mind again..

Life champion?? Man get out of here with that. Go find some of Barbs chip dip and eat til ya puke and get all the Butchisms out of your system.

You’re right. Shouldn’t bring that up. Barnett’s motor never quit and his hard work has paid off. Somewhere up ther; Reggie White is smiling down on him.

I actually thought I was being a little bombastic proclaiming he would make the difference in the game earlier on one of these threads but sure enough, he was right where he needed to be. The kid is a baller. Probably one of the best instinctual players since Reggie White.

You talking about Trey Burton, UF player, right?

Congrats to DB, the Eagles, and their fans for their win. Every time I watch the Patriots though I watch in wonder how good or great their OL coach has to be. Tom Brady has all the athleticism of your basic sloth yet high rev guys like DB have a difficult time getting to him very much as that OL no matter the personnel on it, somehow keeps Brady from being touched much. However that is his downfall, when he does get touched, he can usually be found crying to a ref afterwards or giving up a big play to the opposition. Last night was no different, saw a couple of Brady appeals about Eagles playing to rough and then the one time they do get to him, he turns it over. Brady will go into the HoF because he has earned it, but make no mistake no QB has had as many opportunities to win a Super Bowl and lose them as well. Brady has lost 3 now, won 5. Namath had one shot and won his, hell Brady has lost 3 times as many!! LOL Barnett came up big though, DB over Garrett two times over IMO, and congrats to the young man, VERY proud he is from Tennessee.

I agree about Brady. He is one of the best but not GOAT. How can Pats fan justify he lost to a backup QB and still claim he is GOAT ? Multiple QB's including Manning,Rodgers,Young and Montana would have won 5 plus SB's if they had played for Belichek during the same time-frame Brady played for him.
