Refs shouldn't be able to officiate games they are fans of, alumni of, children attend(ed), etc. It's a shame our collective character is what it is.

I also love the idea to reset the shot clock to 20 seconds on a missed shot that contacts the rim. It will speed the game up and result in more possessions.

So once again, UT gets Screwed so badly by Refs, it prompts a rule change!! SMDH!!!!
