I will laugh my ass off when Lane Kiffin gets the job and promptly outrecruits Saban and Meyer both. I'll laugh even harder when he beats them both on a quite regular basis.

If Monte Kiffin comes with Lane I will shart my pants in excitement. Landing Monte as DC is about as atypical as Gruden as HC. However, Monte has already acheived all he needs to in his career, it wouldn't be hard to believe that he helps Lane out the later years of his career. Especially considering Lane's need to succeed at his next job (wherever that may be).
