Flexing his "guns" after that roughing the kicker penalty....seriously? I'm guessing he didn't want that to go on national television.

To me, that was the celebration that least deserved a penalty, it just made him look like a d bag. Does Tiffin punt for them as well?

I wish we could give Tiffin a raise to come here. Oh wait a minute we're not BAMA

I thought it looked a lot more like running into the kicker than Roughing...
It looked a little fake also...

That was stupid. I can live with anyone other than the kicker or punter doing that. I'd love to see him play a real down.

All you have to do is look at the last few games. He's ran the ball (and passed) and looked damn good doing it. He was jukin' like he was trying to break our 3 deep.

The roughing call was terrible. Donald was horizontal in the air before the ball was even kicked.

The defender leaving the ground doesn't matter as to whether roughing would be called. They are taught to aim for a spot 2-3 steps in front of the kicker and take it off his foot. If he gets blocked into the kicker then there is no call.

Doesn't change the fact that it should have been a 5 yard penalty instead of 15. He ran into the kicker, he didn't rough him.

Birmingham, I'm tired of all your ridiculous comments. If we actually cared enough to spend a few minutes on the trash BAMA sites then we would see all kinds of pathetic comments about players being tired and "we'd blow you out if we had the bye week."

Next I'm sure we will hear that it would have been a blowout if BAMA hadn't lost Hightower while completely failing to see that UT was without Nick Reveiz and Vlad Richard. I doubt Cody gets the same push against Vlad when healthy.

I love it that our coach doesn't make excuses. Pointing out terrible officiating in a local postgame show is a lot different than Saban immediately saying "we were tired" on national TV in order to save face. Saban got owned by CLK and McIlwein (sp?) got owned by CMK.

It's only a matter of time, before someone levels him on a return. That's not the kind of attitude kickers need to have if they want to protect themselves.
