Bama At 12?

Except for the fact that it is surrounded by the rest of the state of Alabama, UA does have a very nice campus but no way is it worthy of 12. The list is automatically for discredited in my book for having Sewanee lower than Bama and having anyone higher than Pepperdine.

I have never cared for these opinion pieces.
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

I love our campus.
Colorado, Clemson and Davidson are nice in my opinion.

I do hate bama but their campus is nothing special IMO.
If one likes the old Southern plantation look then Ole Miss has got bammer beat.

much agreed with this statement...

...as for Notre Dame not being mentioned is bizarre to me. Who felt this should be a thread? :)

I'm just glad to see the University of the South on there. The whole area is so pretty and the campus just adds to it. Vanderbilt might not have the best buildings, but as far as meticulously groomed lawns, I'm not sure anything can beat it.

Duke is much more beautiful than Vanderbilt and certainly Alabama. Hawaii is on there because it's in a beautiful location, not because the campus itself is beautiful. Stupid list.

Duke has a hideous campus with no thought to architectural theme. The place is almost ridiculous. Fuqua actually couldn't be any uglier, although it is near the golf course, which is solid.

weird list...but I haven't been to most of those places. I've been to quite a few campuses but not a lot of these.

Prettiest campuses I've been too would be IU (Indiana University) and UGA. I'm an IU alum though so I'm a little bias.

Of course, I'm excluding UT from eligibility in this vote. I love Assembly Hall in Bloomington but it's nothing compared to Neyland Stadium sitting on the river for a night game on Rocky Top!!!

I love all the scenic........................concrete and brick? Hell I don't know. I mean, I love the university and all, just not enough to classify it as a beautiful campus, or to even go to it for that matter.
