Yea, but he used "newz". He is so creative and thought provoking. I mean when a person is sitting around writing up their business plan for a dog fighting ring, you got to put some thought into things.

No. It was already nicknamed that. He just borrowed it and attached kennels to it. And since it technically wasn't a kennel, can he be sued for not only using the name coined by others AND misleading people with the word kennels?
