I though Gasol was the difference. Kobe played like garbage more than once.

I agree on Kobe. Especially last night when he was forcing absolutely everything. Gasol had a couple of games where he was non-existant in the 4th quarter, though.

I see where u are going, but don't agree. Gasol played soft the two losses in Boston.

Kobe was bad last night offensively, but his D and rebounding were solid.

I dont' really think there was an MVP.

Maybe not, but Gasol was the difference maker to me in that series. He D'd up Garnett relatively well, rebounded and scored. He was the difference in the 4th Q last night to boot.

You've seen me argue regularly that Kobe is a beast, but he wasn't that guy in this series, IMO.

It was definitely a team effort for the lakers. I think MVP's awards are dumb anyway.

Your enthusiasm is contagious!!!!!!!!!!!!...we all hate the Lakers, even supposed Laker fans hate the Lakers.

The Lakers winning it all is like watching " 2 Girls, 1 Cup".

Before anyone says it...Kobe isn't Jordan and never will be.

Trying to figure out whether to hate the Lakers or the Celtics more is as difficult a decision to make as any in life.

I hate both teams, just not equally, can't stand the Lakers a little more.

If he gets another ring he's definitely close.

Magic Johnson was a better basketball player than Jordan. I love the people who harp on Kobe isn't Jordan. You are the only idiots making the comparison. Who cares, it's a statement how good he is why people like u feel the need to defend one of the biggest pricks of all time. With a name like gahlee I'll assume u grew up in extreme poverty and have never been out of the south.
