so..I have this website that I'm always F5ing...and it's annoying...doesn't anybody know how to change the settings on Windows Explorer to automatic refresh? if there is a way...

Not that I know of. Firefox is a better browser anyway and it's easy to install.

yes you can. Give firefox a try and you can use whichever you prefer...or both. I will even find the auto refresh extension for you.

Firefox is the way to go. I don't think you will go back to IE after using it
