WRs got best of DBs today, including Jones against Evans. Hunter making the best catches of camp, great leaping ability. Williams continues to impress at WR. Still very little shotgun work. Meline a rough day, still learning position, knee not 100%?, needs to get bigger, a lot of talent though. Teague looks good. Coaches, especially Chaney, really trying to speed up tempo for more reps. Wells confirmed ACL tear, was there along with Gerald Riggs. Thomas physically ready but needs to learn schemes quickly, especially if Brown doesn't get in.

I hope the WR's getting the best of the DB's means our WR's are just doing a great job.

Long day but I am drawing a blank--who is Williams?

Simms has command of the huddle, huge edge over Bray there. Gap between the two is pretty big. Bray not ready to QB in SEC yet, maybe later the year.Bray needs more confidence and physically. Simms out works him but that's a plus about Simms, not a knock on Bray.Out works him quite a bit, especially off the practice field

As much as I would like to see them closer, I am glad to see one QB separating himself as the true leader.

Bray will get it, I like that he is seeing a guy work like that, spark a fire for him.

Bray will be a good questerback down the road. He is a freshman playing the hardest position in the toughest conference in the nation. Add some weight and confidence and he will eventually be a great quarterback.

How does his release look?

I remember watching tapes and it seemed as though he had a very good release and was very quick as well.
