I'm not sure he's quoting Richard III correctly, but that is much much better than the Nazi Army.

Dooley not understanding "New English" was pretty classic though.

I've got to say that Dooley's whole demeanor is different this year. He better not be getting my hopes up falsely! He is definitely talking this team up more.

well he kind of mentioned in the interview that just because they were further along this season doesn't mean they are by any means a good football team.

Major steps could have been taken between last season and this year, but the win/loss record will probably still be similar. The schedule is too tough and the gap we have to make up talent and experience wise is too great.

I really like the emphasis on details and Dooley calling it like he sees it.

More bodies, more competition, better team. We'll find out pretty soon just how much better.

Do you think Kiffhole and Ogre ever heard of, much less read, Shakespeare?

There was a wide receiver at Miami by the name of Stanley Shakespeare a number of years back...they might have heard of him.

But William, nah, doubt it seriously...

I love that CDD is TEACHING these kids things that will hopefully help them on and off the field not just the X's and O's. I hope when recruits hear this kind of stuff they see what a benefit it will be to them to have him as a mentor. And he's funny as heck, imo.

Also, it seems to me that most of the players seem pretty smart and articulate in their interviews. I like that. It takes more than just brawn to produce a championship team.

I'm really impressed by these kids: they're articulate, humble, and seem genuinely team-oriented.

We're going to be a much better team this year, regardless of our ultimate record.

Very impressed with the way the players are communicating with the press. Everyone is talking where they can be understood, and they are making complete sentences.

He seems to be a great guy, and is a productive offensive coordinator. He had to faulter at somepoint. Other than not being a source for a good ab workout, what do you have to complain about?

He just looks like a slob. Looks unprofessional. He needs a taylor

I agree. His mind can crush walnuts. I don't actually know this to be fact, but he seems very smart and many seem to think he's a very good OC. We'll see about this season, but in the 2012 and 2013 seasons -if all goes well- we'll really get to see if he knows what to do with an offense that is deep with talent and experience.

I do wish he presented a better "image" to go with the mind though. I guess if we can fill the Win column we can build the UT brand and image.
