On paper at this time yes I agree. But we already know what Shannon was capable of and yes it was quite impressive but with a developing talent like suneri the sky is still the limit, of course like the author said its still a double edged sword. I for one love the hire and think he will be a huge part in the volunteer resurgence.

That's why it is your opinion. For all we know Shannon could have jumped ship in a year or two. To get this good of a recruiter and to have him available to coach many different positions is a homerun. :focus:

Lol. Maybe but I think he has done all he can as a hs player and has shown no missing tools. He is ready for the jump. Therefore he deserves a 5star rating.
