The BCS is still a mess IMO though and the Big 10 and Ohio State are still the luckiest team(s) on the face of the earth! At least we played LSU in 2001 and didn't wait to back into the n/c game !

I'd rather have UGA there myself.

Being jumped just because they didn't play this weekend. They are playing the best football of anyone besides USC right now anyway.

you're an idiot...they didn't play this weekend because they did not win the east therefore lost control of their own destiny....

Nebraska didn't win the Big 12 in 01, and Oklahoma didn't win the Big 12 in 03.

What's your point?

And don't call me an idiot.

It should be LSU in the NC.

They are our conference champs and winning your conference should be a requirement to play for the NC in the current system.

Morevoer, since LSU is the only SEC team to have lost to Ohio State in the last 72 years, it will give them a chance to 'right the ship.'

Go Tigers! Beat the Buckeyes!

Go Vols! Beat whoever we play... hopefully a Big 10 team!

I have heard that Oklahoma might go as well..

I know it wont happen but if you want an exciting NC game.. why not GA and LSU?

No team that got throttled by UT this year should play for a NC.

I know I just think it would be an interesting game. If LSU is healthy and goes to the NC game. I think the result is likely to be the same as last years OSU Game.

y'know... screw having any SEC team in the NC.

I say put Hawaii's ass in there.

Oklahoma deserves it, they beat the #1 team yesterday. But, I agree I would put Hawaii in just for fun.

It doesn't matter who plays OSU. As long as they run the spread offense, they'll probably win. OSU's last 4 losses have come against teams that spread the field. Florida made them look slow last year, which will probably happen again this year (who ever they play).
