i remember meeting cromptos, mcneil, gerald williams, et al when i was 25 at a volquest event.

a decade later. luckily. i could gaf about meeting the current players. now dont get me wrong. i will support them and wish them well, and follow them in their careers. you grow out of it man.

now, if i had the good fortune of meeting peyton or eb as professional athletes. good. but, theres much more to life these days. those were fun times, but, theres not a snowballs chance in haites of going to shake hands, be around, or spend once ounce of effort to 'meet' a collegiate athlete.

as it is. hes the greek god of incomplete passes.

this isnt funny, he is a very talented player. jonathan had a very unfortunate situation with three diff coaches. and i do appreciate his years of play for tennessee. but 'cromptos' 'cromp daddy' 'crompost' 'practice heisman' were all nicknames.

Yeah my bad...I knew it was ABOUT Jakob Johnson and that it was early in a thread...and quickly derailed it...mistakenly assumed it was his own.
