And not many try so hard to prove the highest ranked player in the portal is not a good player…not many sunshine pump quite like him
So I'm genuinely curious...why is no one on a national level talking about the injury? I mean, he's ranked #1 overall in the portal. Pickell didn't mention it. Numbers like $6M/year are being tossed around without mentioning the injury. Shouldn't it be a huge concern? It's like no one thinks it's a concern and everything is fine with him.And not many try so hard to prove the highest ranked player in the portal is not a good player…
Not recruiting for his rushing? That’s silly, any coach would love to have a QB that can also run. Look what it did for us with Hendon…
Bad stats vs Miss State? Are you aware he lost most of his playmakers from the prior playoff season? Pundits have actually praised him for learning how to work with less.

Maybe the word is it’s not a huge concern. Maybe it’s similar to the surgery Joey just had with a longer layover? From what I can tell there are so many variables with that type of injury from severity of ligament sprain, if the ligaments actually separate, to a bone fracture. Many cases out there where NFL guys came back no problem but also some where it hampered there career (supposedly Cam Newton). Easiest comparison I can make is a muscle strain. It can range from slight to tearing muscle off the bone. Recovery is much different pending the severity…So I'm genuinely curious...why is no one on a national level talking about the injury? They probably think Lis Franc is portal player originally from QuebecSo I'm genuinely curious...why is no one on a national level talking about the injury? I thinks there’s about a 80% chance he ends up at Oregon. Went in with a no contact tag and he’s from there. Oregons back up also gone. Tennessee and Oregon are really the only two teams left to fill their QB need. Just getting a couple free trips and driving up the $ a bit.
Gotta say that this one worries me. From the injury to the claims that he's not the most likeable guy in the locker room makes me question the wisdom in this pursuit. Team really took to Aguilar. Team chemistry is a real thing. Boo Carter is the perfect example. Hope Heupel knows what he's doing here. His job just might depend upon it.So I'm genuinely curious...why is no one on a national level talking about the injury? I mean, he's ranked #1 overall in the portal. Pickell didn't mention it. he had bad stats against Mississippi State in 2024 too!And not many try so hard to prove the highest ranked player in the portal is not a good player…
