I saw that during the game on TV and was trying to show a friend, but I never saw it again.

I assume that is an indian, I believe the announcers were saying that they have to change names, probably because that mascot.

No Native American groups have asked them to change. They are just doing it to be PC. Which is why they picked that thing as a mascot, instead of having an Indian. Hopefully they will change their name to something normal and get rid of that thing. Maybe they can sell it to Sesame Street on Ice.

wtf is that. i saw on their website that they have a bunch of different names to vote upon to be the new mascot, one of them was the sneaky ninja, how crazy would that be if the entire student section was dressed like ninjas? it would be better then the pipe cleaner that fell in the stuff that made the ninja turtles

Got nothing to do with being pc. The NCAA mandated Indian mascots be removed or lose a bunch of privileges.
