It seems like alot of talented coaches trust their career to Pruitt,such as Osovet,Neidemier in particular.Osovet took a job off field probably with a promise for promotion,thats is a lot of trust for an accomplished and talented coach.Neidemier could have gone anywhere but he trusted Pruitt to bring him along.Pruitt gaining the trust of these people is a great thing to see.Good Job

My impression is that you never have to guess where you stand with CJP. That is a primary component of trust.

In my opinion, trust comes from believing in a person who is entrenched with honesty and integrity. Thankfully, I believe Coach Pruitt is a person, as well as coach, who is entrenched with both honesty and integrity.

It has been many years since we've had a Head Football Coach I trusted.....now I can say, I do trust Coach Pruitt!
