An answer in another thread got me thinking about the ideal candidate for the 08 presidential run.

Using only possible candidates (current political figures), put together you "best" candidate.

Here's mine so far:

Some Rudy Guliani for leadership abilities/national security
Some Ron Paul for limited government ideas
Some Joe Lieberman for conviction and national security


What say you?

Throw in Lieberman's campaign against video game violence and you're set.

Have you seen the Unity 08 campaign? I have not checked it out, but I think it is tantamount to trying to form a 3rd candidate based on using the internet to have people vote to select a possible 3rd candidate. Sounds crazy, but you never know when an idea would get off the ground, though I am not thinking this one will.

I saw the dude on Colbert Report -- I bet they end up with a Spears/Hilton ticket. :ermm::)

Depends on what teen shows are popular at that time. Go with Mary Carey.....porn star/politician.....
