The only animals I soak in salt water are ducks and geese. Then I soak em in whole milk overnight.

As for hogs, I take em to my processor. He cuts me chops and makes ground pork out of the rest.

What's the first thing you do when field dressing a deer? After fapping obviously.

I unzip em from anus to throat. I break the pelvis bone on both sides w an axe and remove a hole and ureathra(sic). I then cut diaphragm loose. I reach up an slit windpipe and remove all guts with one move.
