I actually cooked a real live meal over the weekend Behr. You would've been so proud.

Chicken manicotti in a red pepper pink sauce.
 
Solved my egg sticking problem while making omelets recently.

Turns out you should heat the oil to temp before adding eggs. Warm oil is not good enough.
 
I'm with you on this one DD. I love Tabasco (sriracha more) but I'll pass on either on Manicotti.

I use butter. Medium heat the pan so that when you throw few drops of water it immediately sizzles. Then throw in the butter.
 
Behr, need tips on.cooking porterhouse minus the grill. I know, but i trashed my grill and unfortunately Santa blew his wad on the kids and forgot about dad. Anything come to mind regarding the steaks?
 
Season steak with salt, pepper, and fresh garlic. Steal walmart buggy and lay on the side. Put wood chips and charcoal in and cook steak to medium rare.


Or "Borrow" a neighbors...

Behr will prolly say sear on an iron skillet and finish in the oven.
Needs to be a guess what Behr says option.
 
Yea, if you're not gonna get creative with the likes of a Walmart cart or borrow a grill from a friend, I would blacken it in a black iron skillet.
