I'm thinking tyhat next tiem I will do 2 racks with just the dry rub and 1 with dry rub/sauce and try to convince her to try it with sauce. I fixed 3 racks of ribs and a 7lb boston butt. I only had a 3rd of a rack of ribs adn maybe 1.5lbs of boston butt left. Nat ate a half rack of ribs by herself...

RV does this thing at school when it's her turn for lunch duty, she picks out a table of kids that are not listening to instructions on how to behave in the lunchroom, and when they are chattering amongst themselves, she slowly walks by and crop dusts the whole table.
She then sits back and watches the blame game and finger pointing. hahahahahaha

Doing a round roast,tmrw. Usually put it in the oven bag. pump it full of beef broth, some flour, soy sauce, and fresh ground pepper. I always put whole garlic cloves, onions, baby carrots, potatoes in it am I doing it right?
Was going to do tonight...but beer and pizza ftmfw.

How long does it take to get the egg warmed up?

And I don't mean the Hispanic egg with the vag.

3-6 drinks. Seriously, you should ask someone else. When I use it, I have no concept of time. It's an all day affair.

45 minutes depending on my "fuel"
