You got me distracted. What I came in here for was, do you know anything about shredded parm addiction. I'm guessing it has something to do with the salt? But put I put shredded parm and pepperocini's on everything I can, including my eggs in the morning.

Did you see the pic of me in my underwear? Hahaha.


Never heard of "Parm Addiction". Most good cheese is loaded with salt, maybe the "addiction is the actual food you love to put Parmesan on?

I dunno. I just want it on everything. I eat salad just to put the cheese and peppers on it. lol
 
Nice. I've never purchased them (or roasted them). I feel like that's out of my league.

Sooo easy.

Cut the red peppers in quarters.

Put them on a sheet pan, skin side up, preheat the oven to 400, drizzle olive oil over them and put them in the oven.

When the skin starts to get a little black, take them out, let them cool and peel the skin off.
 
I put them in a jar with Olive oil and refrigerate them.

They can be used in so many ways.
