Venison? Grill it, pan sear it, or braise it, in my experience. The past processor recommended grinding certain parts and always used beef fat. I guess it has to do with availability and personal preference. Maybe, he just thought venison closer to beef than pork...

They will take a CT scan in 3-4 weeks to look at it again. When the chemo was halfway through they did one and it showed the mass had shrunk about 1/3 of it's size and there wasn't any spread of the cancer anywhere else in my body.

I know you're glad to be done with that crap. Obviously praying that you're done with it all and on your way back to your normal self. Amy handling all this okay? I pray for her too.
