I love the smell, but have never tried to like it.

Just going by what I read in a blog, that was my assumption. Sorry.

That is a cool picture! Another worthy of a Culinary magazine. It looks like fresh sage sautéing in butter. Probably green onions frying in beer. Haha.

Bet that was good. Do you know if the butter was used in the recipe?

Sage and basil are two of my favorite herb leaves to eat prepared just like that. If I'm using one in a recipe and have a little leftover, I'll throw them in a skillet with olive oil or butter, get them nice and crisp, pinch of sea salt and munch on them while finishing whatever Im doing. They make good "edible " garnishes for dishes too. By edible I'm mean "tasty" edible. Not like a piece of kale.

No, I don't believe the butter was used in the cheese ball, but yes, it was awesome!

After talking about herbs and herb gardens last week, I bought a couple of plants and a few packs of seed Saturday. Went back and bought more of each this morning. Gonna start today. "Cool story bro".

Went to our favorite taco place in town for dinner last night. Torchy's Tacos.

Looks good. Salsa verde is my favorite Mexican style salsa.

Forgive me if you've already said it before, but are you still in Colorado?

How long and at what temperature do you cook a potato in the oven so it comes out like a restaurant baked potato?

Me...400 about 30-45 minutes.

But at home, I nuke'um.

You can nuke 'em and get the same outcome? How long do you nuke 'em for? And I'm feeling a little funky with my viral upper respiratory infection.

No, not the same. They're fine for just me most of the time. Much better from an oven for sure.

Didn't mean to confuse.

Sorry to here that. Will Eating make you feel better?

She cooked the meat and mix with taco seasoning and taco sauce. Then mixed in onion and tomatoes. Spread it over tater tots then topped with cheese and Doritos. I gotta say it's pretty dang good.

Should've put that on a black plate.

 Yes, that was a joke.

First thing that came to mind as to what to call it was Mexican Shepards Pie. Redneck Shepards Pie was next. Anyway, looks like it was tasty. Guess if I had kids, Japs and sour cream would be optional too.
