Yea, I wasn't procrastinating. I was trying to figure out how to star it off, like an interesting subject, that wasn't about me. But, at least now, I can stop thinking about it. Lol.

You're welcome. And, if you think I now owe you one, well... All I can spare are some old Zambian kwachas.

My coffee.. any breakfast blend will actually do.
I'm too lazy to figure out how to save a picture from my phone that's not sideways and post it. So Google can do the work:

edit: dammit...

Kale chips.

Wash and air dry.

Tear or cut in bite size pieces.

Spread on a pan. Make sure they're not overlapping.

Drizzle with olive oil.

Sprinkle with any of...sea salt, paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, lemon zest, ground pepper, cayenne, etc.

Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes

Good snack.

Oh, no one has noticed yet. Check out Boca' post above my . in the what you had for dinner thread. :)

I tried making them once before. They were good, but I ate the whole pan. lol Roasted chickpeas are amazing. But again, ate the whole batch. I've lost five pounds so far.

It suddenly dawned on me that at some point in July, there will be pics of me, the new grandma, as well as of the ex and his new wife.

This is war!

Quick 50 in five months; why not, amiright??

Figured you already tried them, but for some reason that's the first thing that came to my mind.

Good deal on the five pounds!

Wait... You're going to be a grandmother?

But, but... You post like you could be poppin' out a kid yourself. Unless... You had a child as a teen who is now having a child as a teen, then, you can be "hawt grandma" before you're 40!

Aside: When the daughter was expecting, my wife lamented that she was too young to be a grandmother. I offered that she was the perfect age, still vigorous enough to climb trees, hike the hills, and race to the corner store for a treat. Yep. Perfect.
